ALL ORDERS WITHIN EUROPE ARE SHIPPED WITH UPS. PLEASE ALLOW 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY WHEN THE PACKAGE IS PROCESSED AND SHIPPED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE.

UPS USUALLY OPERATES BETWEEN 9AM-6PM CET ON BUSINESS DAYS. YOU CAN SPECIFY AN ALTERNATE DAYTIME DELIVERY ADDRESS WHEN ORDERING, FOR EXAMPLE, YOUR WORK ADDRESS (RECOMMENDED).

IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER INTERNATIONALLY, OUTSIDE OF EUROPE, WE SHIP WITH DHL. PLEASE ALLOW 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY WHEN THE PACKAGE IS PROCESSED AND SHIPPED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE.

IF YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER BEFORE 11AM CET ON BUSINESS DAYS WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO SHIP YOUR ORDER ON THE SAME DAY. PLEASE NOTE THAT NATIONAL HOLIDAYS CAN BE AN EXCEPTION.

ALL RETURNS WITHIN DENMARK: PLEASE NOTE 6€ WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR TOTAL REFUND, FOR USE OF RETURN LABEL.

YOU CAN WITHDRAW YOUR PURCHASE OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT BY RETURNING IT TO SAKS POTTS WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING IT. THE DEADLINE IS MET IF YOU RETURN THE GOODS WITHIN 14 DAYS. SAKS POTTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURNING GOODS' COSTS, AND NO REFUND OF THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEE WILL BE ISSUED.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS TO A PARCELSHOP OR RETURNS SENT WITH DAO.


ARCHIVE SALE:


DUE TO HIGH MARKDOWNS, WE RECOMMEND NOT RETURNING PRODUCTS PURCHASED AT OUR ARCHIVE SALE. IF ARCHIVE SALE ITEMS ARE RETURNED, A HANDLING FEE OF €20 WILL BE APPLIED. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.


REFUNDS


REFUNDS WILL BE MADE USING THE SAME PAYMENT METHOD AS THE ORIGINAL TRANSACTION, WITH PROCESSING UPON RECEIVING AND INSPECTING RETURNED GOODS. IT'S RECOMMENDED TO KEEP THE POSTAL RECEIPT AS PROOF OF DELIVERY TO THE POST OFFICE/CARRIER.

ONCE OUR WAREHOUSE HAS RECEIVED AND PROCESSED YOUR RETURN WE WILL REFUND YOUR ORDER AND CONFIRM UPON E-MAIL. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT CAN TAKE UP TO 10 DAYS FROM THE DAY OUR WAREHOUSE RECEIVES YOUR RETURN TO THEY PROCESS YOUR RETURN.
